Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Pines Hotel. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • Reservations can be made online through our website, by phone, or by email.
  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
  • Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out time is by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation upon check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged for the first night of the stay.
  • No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation.
  • For group reservations, a different cancellation policy may apply. Please contact us for more information.

4. Payment

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cash.
  • Full payment is required upon check-in.
  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

5. Guest Behavior

  • Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas of the hotel. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the rooms.
  • Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest's credit card.

6. Liability

  • The Pines Hotel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • The hotel is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the premises.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and security.
